The following terms and conditions applies to the annual subscription of Motiview for personal use

1. Subscription Type and Access

A Motiview annual subscription grants you access to a comprehensive library of video and exercise content for 12 months, available for continuous use. The subscription is valid for one user only, and access to content cannot be shared with others outside of your account.

2. Automatic Renewal

The subscription automatically renews at the end of each 12-month period at the current rate. Prior to renewal, we will send a reminder with information about the renewal cost and any updates to the subscription. If you do not wish to continue with automatic renewal, you must cancel before the end of the current subscription period.

3. Payment and Billing

Subscription payment is charged at the start of the subscription period. We accept various payment methods as specified in the registration process. The same payment method will be used for renewals unless you update it before the next billing date.

4. Right of Withdrawal and Cancellation

You have a 14-day withdrawal period from the subscription start date, provided you have not accessed the service. Once the subscription is activated, the right of withdrawal no longer applies. You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current subscription period, with no refunds for remaining months.

5. Price Changes

We reserve the right to adjust the subscription price upon renewal. Price changes take effect at the start of the next subscription period. You will be notified of any price changes well in advance of renewal, allowing you to decide if you wish to continue with the subscription.

6. Use of Service and Responsibility

Motiview is designed for personal use, and any form of sharing, redistribution, or commercial use is prohibited without our written consent. We reserve the right to restrict access to accounts that misuse the service or violate the terms.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We may update the terms of the subscription to comply with new laws, technological improvements, or changes in the service offerings. Any changes will be communicated to you well in advance. For significant changes affecting access or use, you will have the option to terminate the subscription before the changes take effect.
